Portrait Techniques

One portrait technique that I find interesting and would like to use in my work is where you Alter Your Perspective. Changing the angle that I take pictures with can make a huge difference, it can make the image look more interesting. Another technique is Break the Rules of Composition, this involves putting your subject in the center or on different sides of the shot. A third technique would be Play With Backgrounds, this allows the subject in the image to stand out more by using a background that could be either minimalistic, or one that is colorful or has a design that makes the subject stand out more. The last technique I found interesting was Hold Your Camera on an Angle. This makes photographs very interesting and involves having some fun and being creative while taking pictures.
